The American Business Concepts Senior Advisory Team

Ray Anderson
Founder & Principal

Ray Anderson been involved in organizational and personal development since 1982, founding American Business Concepts in 1993. Initially American Business Concepts provided corporate consulting, entry level worker training, and grantsmanship for California manufacturing firms seeking Employment Training Panel Grants. Under Ray’s direction, clients have received more than $2,000,000 in ETP grant funding to retrain nearly 3,000 employees. Our practice has grown, from primarily manufacturing industries, to include clients in the distribution, retail, and service fields. Since 1999, Ray has been a leading industry advocate of the Malcolm Baldridge Process, successfully implementing Baldridge and Six Sigma world-class management procedures for mid-market firms--both profitable and turnaround cases. While ABC still provides ETP-related advisory, management and grant writing services, our primary focus is on cost reduction, process improvement, and business profitability.

Hadi Nael

Hadi Nael is an Industrial Engineer and a Lean Enterprise trainer with a proven track record of process flow improvements, labor efficiency, and shop floor management success. His process insights recently generated a $500,000 labor cost savings at the Roy E. Whitehead Company.

His approach to Lean Enterprise implementation involves frontline workers in both the diagnostic “fact finding” and in applying the solution. Hadi sifts through the symptoms of a problem—until he finds and fixes the “ROOT CAUSE.” He is a “people person” with great communication skills, and greatly enjoys helping executives identify and implement solutions.

Special areas of Hadi’s practice include: visual controls and standard operating procedures (SOP’s); managing processes through facts and data (not opinions and feelings); paper flow management and productivity improvement; labor efficiencies and cost reduction.

Hadi's long career includes his present practice as an industrial engineer, and as a sales professional in the mortgage industry. In both fields he has earned a reputation among colleagues as a big-picture top producer, with the discipline to pay attention to important details, and to elements that impact the bottom line.
